Clarim Ventures was founded on October 8, 2023, with a mission to champion Israeli innovation and help technology companies grow and thrive—even in the most challenging times.  

Officially established in 2024, Clarim Ventures operates from its headquarters in Toronto, Tel Aviv, and New York City, bridging Israel’s entrepreneurial excellence with global opportunity.

Our History

Yishay Waxman’s  late parents Claire and Haim Waxman sacrificed everything by leaving  Israel in1980 with 3 boys, no money, no English, no job and arriving in  Canada to ensure their kids have a better future. Their only request was  to make sure their kids always remember their homeland, support Israel  and give back.

L’arim – in Hebrew means to lift, to scale, to elevate….the mission of this fund is to

elevate this next generation of Israeli entrepreneurs
